The company says that the appointments, some of which are brand new roles with the outsourcing giant, will provide a significant boost to the company’s senior team and day-to-day operations.
The roles are as follows; Director of Finance & IT, Business Development Manager, Senior Bid Manager, Group Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Key Account Manager, Brand & Marketing Manager and Group Development Chef.
Managing Director of Mount Charles Cathal Geoghegan said: “We’re very happy with these strategic hires, which have been made in response to the fast rate of growth we’ve been experiencing.
“In the last five years we’ve created new divisions such as cleaning, security and outside event catering and beverage provision, seeing total employee numbers shoot up to around 2,000. In the last year alone we’ve won new contracts worth over £7million so the deliberate strategy to grow the business through diversification has so far been successful.
“Not content to rest on our laurels however, the question over the past 12 months has been one of how best ensure future growth, and the answer for us was to complement our existing team with further talented professionals who together will drive the business forward.
“The collective experience and expertise we now have under one roof makes this an exciting time for us. With brand new, senior roles such as Director of Finance & IT, Brand & Marketing Manager and a Group Development Chef in former Deanes Head Chef Simon Toye, our focus on innovation and service excellence can only be enhanced,” he added.
