Mount Charles is in the unique and privileged position of providing catering services to the largest public entertainment facilities in Northern Ireland.
This places an enormous responsibility on our on-site management teams to perform to the highest level of efficiency as we are continually in the public eye. Due to the nature of these facilities we must be capable of serving large numbers of people in a very short time.
